Our packaging, handling and shipping rates in the U.S. are based on your location (see table below):(Outside of the U.S: Call 314 283-4228 for quote). Most in stock orders are picked up by UPS within 2 days of receipt and delivered within 6 working days. We make every effort to get our merchandise to you in perfect condition; however, occasionally it is damaged in transit. You should carefully inspect the carton(s) for any sign of damage. If any damage is detected you should note this fact on the delivery slip so that claim can be made against the delivery company. Warranty: Each item has a warranty provided by the manufacturer. When you receive your purchase you will find the manufacturers name and address on the product. Disclaimer: Patio Furniture Supply does not take responsibility for loss or injury related to use of products sold. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If returned for any reason other than damage there will be a $10 handling charge deducted from the total amount of purchase plus the return freight charges. The customer will be liable for breakage if merchandise is not packaged properly. Damaged items should remain in the original packing box to be picked up by the delivery agent and returned to the shipper properly packaged. Customer should contact sales department to report damage.
